Le Jean Hair & Beauty Salon is located in the heart of the Orchard Road shopping belt, Far East Plaza (full address below). I've booked an appointment to dye my hair only but the service was brought one step ahead. Or rather they go the extra mile. This is what leads to customer satisfaction in every service provider and with no doubts I am extremely satisfied with the services provided. I am not sugar coating this company just because they sponsored my new hair. Nope, I saw it with my own eyes that they are treating their customer equally and Im really happy with every service provided to me. And by the way, the crowd never die since I step into the salon and most of them are returning customers and loyal customers (from the convo I have heard).
Here's their experience in any case anyone is doubtful about their services. Once I have entered the salon, I was seated and asked whether I wanted to be served tea or just mineral water making me feel comfortable, needed and at home. Everyone who entered the salon gets the same greetings and services! Subsequently, the booklet of all the hair color sample was handed over to me for me to choose. I've asked one of the hairstylist for recommendation, told him that I wanted natural brown. I went ahead with his recommendation and I love my hair color! While one of the hairstylist is busy preparing the dyes (two hairstylist was doing my hair), one of the hairstylist checked my scalp, teaches me how to have healthier scalp, told me what scalp I have and etc etc. He teaches me a lot about my hair and scalp.
Before we start on anything, here's a before picture. The hairstylist told me to get my hair trim because my permed hair is really dry and unhealthy. However, Ive showed how much I dont bear to cut my hair that I've grown without cutting it for a year. After washing my hair, the hairstylist without further ado tried to save my hair. I didnt even know until he told me that there is no way he could save my hair because the tips of my hair are dead and could not absorb the nutrients. So I told him to cut my hair and Jean, the boss, have generously sponsored everything without letting me paying a cent when Ive requested for this and that (cutting my hair and bangs).
Final step, blow dry and styling my hair! To be honest, I've not cut bangs since I left out from secondary school. Cutting back bangs makes me feel so young, so kiddy, but apparently my mom and boyfriend like my new hairstyle. I guess Im still not used to short hair and bangs. Even after a few days, I still pull out my fringe! Forgotten that Ive got bangs now. Here's a spam of the final outcome! Took this yesterday when I was out with Zippy.
